Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 13, 2026
Last updated: July 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Actify Automations LLC ("Actify," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit actifyautomations.com, contact us, or submit information through the website (the "Site").
Actify Automations LLC is a Texas limited liability company. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to [email protected] or mailed to Actify Automations LLC, PO Box 91, Thompsons, TX 77481.
This policy covers the Actify marketing Site. A signed proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or product-specific policy may provide additional terms for a client engagement or separate Actify product.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you contact us, request a call, join a list, or submit a form, we may collect:
- name;
- business email address and telephone number;
- company, role, and industry;
- information about the workflow or business problem you want to discuss;
- form responses, correspondence, and scheduling details; and
- any other information you choose to provide.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, health information, or confidential client records through a general Site form.
Information collected automatically
Subject to your consent choices where required, we and our service providers may collect:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- browser, device, operating-system, and language information;
- referring page, landing page, pages viewed, and navigation events;
- button and call-to-action interactions;
- scroll-depth thresholds and form-progress events;
- campaign parameters such as UTM values; and
- errors, stack traces, and basic request metadata used to secure and operate the Site.
We configure Site analytics events not to include raw form values, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or free-text messages. Error reports are filtered to redact common form fields and email-shaped text before transmission.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site;
- respond to inquiries and schedule conversations;
- evaluate whether an Actify service may fit a business need;
- understand Site traffic, acquisition sources, and conversion paths;
- communicate about requested services or updates;
- prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not use information submitted through the Site to train a general-purpose artificial-intelligence model.
3. Cookies, analytics, and consent
We use Termly to present and record cookie-consent choices. Non-essential analytics are configured to remain disabled unless analytics consent is expressly granted.
If consent is granted, the Site may use:
- Google Analytics 4 for traffic-source, audience, and campaign reporting;
- PostHog for Site navigation and conversion-funnel events; and
- Sentry for error reporting and performance diagnostics.
PostHog autocapture and session replay are disabled. We do not currently deploy Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads remarketing tags, or other behavioral-advertising pixels on the Site.
You may change your consent choices through the Cookie Preferences control in the Site footer once Termly is configured. Browser controls can also block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect Site functionality.
Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga after analytics consent. Additional cookie details and current lifetimes will be shown in the Termly cookie declaration after the production domain scan is complete.
4. How we share information
We may disclose information to providers that help us operate the Site and respond to inquiries, including:
| Purpose | Provider or category |
|---|---|
| Hosting and delivery | Vercel |
| Consent management | Termly |
| Marketing-site analytics | Google Analytics 4 |
| Funnel analytics | PostHog |
| Error monitoring | Sentry |
| Scheduling, email, and lead operations | Providers disclosed at the point of collection or in an applicable form notice |
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a merger or sale of the business, or with your direction or consent.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not currently share Site visitor information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, we will update this policy and provide legally required opt-out controls before enabling it.
5. Retention
We retain Site and inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including maintaining business records, responding to requests, resolving disputes, securing the Site, and meeting legal obligations. Analytics and error data are retained according to the configured retention periods in the applicable provider. We may retain a minimal suppression record when necessary to honor an unsubscribe or deletion request.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent for future analytics collection.
Submit a request to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
You may opt out of marketing email through the unsubscribe link in the message. Service and requested-response communications may still be sent when necessary.
8. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
9. Third-party sites
The Site may link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this policy.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site, vendors, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy with an updated date and provide additional notice when required by law.
